Her students have gone on to perform on Broadway, teach at the collegiate level, and work professionally for major entertainment companies, including Universal Studios, Disney, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Busch Gardens. She is known for her structured approach, her commitment to excellence, and her belief that dance training should build both skill and self‑confidence.

In addition to her work in the arts, Deanna serves as a Financial Analyst for the U.S. Army, bringing a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and leadership to every space she enters. The Performing Arts Collective is the culmination of her passion for teaching, her dedication to youth development, and her vision for a training environment where dancers can grow with intention.

The Performing Arts Collective is the culmination of a vision shaped over more than a decade of teaching dancers across Virginia and Florida. As a dance educator, choreographer, and arts leader, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students — each one leaving an imprint on the way I teach, lead, and build community. PAC was created to honor those dancers and families. Their stories, their growth, and their resilience inspired a studio built on intention rather than trend, on mentorship rather than competition, and on a belief that every dancer deserves a place where they are seen, supported, and challenged. After years of dreaming, planning, and refining the vision, The Performing Arts Collective is now taking root in Florida, a community ready for a studio that values both artistry and humanity.
